- 8:00 Band Rehearsal in the Chapel
- 9:00 Bonfire, S’mores!
- 9:30 In Cabins for Meetings

MONDAY MORNING SCHEDULE
- 7:45 Warm Up in Classrooms
- 8:00 Breakfast
- 8:15 All-Camp Picture
- (all other times same as Tuesday through Friday)
TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY SCHEDULE
- 7:45-8:00 Warm-ups with Section
- 8:00-8:30 BREAKFAST
- 8:30-9:45 Band Rehearsal in Chapel
- 9:45-10:45 Break/Lesson Time
- 10:45-11:15 Sectionals
- 11:15-12:15 Choir Rehearsal/Music Theory Class (for non-choir members)
- 12:15-1:00 LUNCH
- 1:00-2:00 Choir Rehearsal
- 2:00-2:15 Break
- 2:15-3:30 Band Rehearsal
- 3:30-5:30 Recreation
- 5:30-6:00 DINNER
- 6:00-6:45 Sectionals
- 6:45-7:45 Master Class
- 7:45-9:00 Jazz Band & Ensembles Rehearsal
- 9:00- Concert in the Chapel – EVERYONE

SATURDAY SCHEDULE
- 8:00-9:00 Breakfast and clean cabins and camp grounds
- (9:00 Staff meeting in cafeteria)
- 9:15 All luggage should be placed by the ping-pong tables
- 9:15-9:30 T-shirts and photos handed out at the store
- 9:30-10:00 Sectional pictures in front of the bell
- 10:15 Choir meets for warm-up under the bell
- 10:30 Concert begins
- There is a concert for parents/family/friends on Saturday at 10:30 AM. After the concert, students are free to go home, or you can stay for a family friendly lunch in the mess hall.
