MONDAY ONLY: 7:30 AM All-Camp Picture (Mess Hall)

7:45-8:30 BREAKFAST (Mess Hall)
8:30-9:45 Band Rehearsal in Chapel 
9:45-10:45 Break/Lesson Time (Classrooms)
10:45-11:15 Sectionals (Classrooms)
11:15-12:15 Choir Rehearsal (Next to Mess Hall)/Music Theory Class (Chapel) 
12:15-1:15 LUNCH (Mess Hall)
1:15-2:15 Master Class (Classrooms)
2:15-3:30 Band Rehearsal (Chapel)
3:30-5:30 Recreation
5:30-6:30 DINNER
6:30-7:30 Choir Rehearsal/Lesson Time/Organized Rec (Meet at Bell)
7:30-8:45 Jazz Band & Ensembles Rehearsal (Chapel & Classrooms)

3:00-5:30 Registration (Camp Store)
5:30 - 6:30 DINNER (Mess Hall)
6:30 - 7:00 Meeting in the Chapel
7:00 - 7:30 Auditions/Sign up for Lesson Times/Seat in Band (Classrooms)
7:30 - 8:30 Band Rehearsal in the Chapel
8:30 Bonfire, S’mores! (Firepit)
9:00 In Cabins for Meetings
10:00 Lights OUT

SATURDAY SCHEDULE

8:00-9:00 Breakfast and clean cabins/campgrounds
9:15 All luggage should be placed by the ping-pong tables
9:30 - 10:15  All Camp Picture in front of mess hall, then sectional pictures
10:15 Choir meets for warm-up under the bell
10:30 Concert begins

• There is a concert for parents/family/friends on Saturday at 10:30 AM.  After the concert, students are free to go home, or you can stay for a family friendly lunch in the mess hall.

9:00 - 10:15 - BAND Rehearsal in the Chapel

10:30 - 11:30 - CHOIR Rehearsal

11:30 - 12:15 - BAND Sectional Rehearsals
12:15 – 1:00 - LUNCH
1:00 - 2:00 - BAND Rehearsal in the Chapel
